Monthly service is month to month with 30 days' notice and no cancellation fee. Annual prepayment is optional and is governed by the applicable order or service agreement.

By requesting an intake response audit, you also authorize Adevify to place a controlled test call and submit a test contact form to the business you identify.
SMS, Carrier Approval, and Customer Phone Setup
Some Adevify services may require third-party messaging, phone, carrier, or A2P/10DLC registration approval before SMS can go live. Launch timing may depend on the customer's phone provider, number setup, business registration details, carrier review, and third-party platform availability.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, phone-number ownership information, approved message content, service-area details, and any information required for SMS registration or carrier review. Customers are also responsible for using Adevify in compliance with applicable communication, marketing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.
Third-Party Tools
Adevify may rely on third-party tools for hosting, forms, communications, messaging, phone services, automation, analytics, and reporting. We are not responsible for outages, delays, review decisions, changes, or failures caused by third-party providers, carriers, or phone providers.
Intellectual Property
Website text, design, branding, and other materials are owned by Adevify or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.
Limitation of Liability
